Hosts the Ivo Coordinate platform and stores its data in the UK

Ivo Health uses Firetext to send 2FA codes to staff

Datadog

DPA Privacy

Holds technical logs used to monitor and secure the platform. Logs do not contain patient-identifiable information.

Scaleway

DPA Privacy

Ivo uses Scaleway to send emails to staff (confirmation, password reset, change of 2FA method etc).

Apple Push Notification service (APNs)

Sends notifications to staff on iPhones. Notifications do not contain patient information. Data is processed in the US under the UK Extension to the Data Privacy Framework.

Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)

Sends notifications to staff on Android phones. Notifications do not contain patient information. Data is processed in the US under the UK Extension to the Data Privacy Framework.
